She was usually depicted as the homely, jolly caretaker of "Ronnie", always correcting him whenever he did something stupid.

She sleeps through her husband getting his brain removed, with the brain even bouncing off her face at one point. After the credits, Ronald “nurses” her back to health, waking her up and asking her if the world moved for her. She responds with “no”, prompting him to accidentally press the Nuke button again.
